Post-Ape - Limbs In The Dark

Creep organs churn through London producer Post-Ape's new wave descent "Limbs In The Dark," which has a messy self-produced video that gives a sense what it might be like to actually swim in eggs. It's a little mystery of what could be coming from Post-Ape, but for now just watch the neat little video.

Post-Ape - The World Is Over

We met Post-Ape late last September with his drooling, egg-happy video for "Limbs In The Dark." Now, the London producer has a new track for our distopian pleasure, with the Depeche Mode/David Bowie-inspired effort "The World Is Over."

No eggs this time around for the one-off single, but Post-Ape is streaming the track. Check it out below.

Wild Wednesday

The title of today's post, as some may have figured out, is devoted to the new trailer for Spike Jonze newest movie Where the Wild Things Are (courtesy of Videogum). Naturally, people are going ape-shit over this (Arcade Fire usually helps the hipster sensibilities). The movie's due out October 16, but you should see why everyone has already gotten excited.



Bears and Bullets is primarily a music website, however, so we must fill our imaginary quota.

Department of Eagles video for "No One Does it Like You" debuted last night at New York's Museum of Modern art (courtesy of You Ain't No Picasso), complete with a post-viewing performance from the band. The video's about one of those arty wars that know one really talks about.



Subterranean Blog has some new videos from Camera Obscura and our oft-blogged friends The Black Lips. Each video subjugates certain feelings of sympathy that is quickly swept away by feelings of inadequacy. Like wise.
