Album Stream: NX Records - Crossing Lines (Compilation)

Last month we previewed the first bit NX Records Crossing Lines compilation from Thefft. Now, the joint venture of Goldsmiths from the University Of London and Matthew Herbert's Accidental Records is previewing the entire effort, three days before its release.

Despite the preview, the compilation is actually a surprisingly eclectic batch of material, brimming with smooth vocal ambient tracks and clustered indie rock from a fresh batch of lesser-known South London acts. Stream the entire compilation below.

The NX Records pop-up shop will be open until November 23 at 310 New Cross Road, SE14 6AF in London.

Six months ago, the University Of London's Goldsmiths, and Matthew Herbert's Accidental Records combined forces as NX Records. The relatively new imprint will be setting up a pop-up shop this weekend, October 19, at New Cross through November 23. The shop will provide limited releases from the imprint's label and material straight from Goldsmiths.

The store will also host discussions with industry members and intimate performances from NX and other local artists. Included in the move will also include a compilation record Crossing Lines, featuring Thefft's "Esos," which is available to stream below.
