The Walkmen perform on Conan

The Walkmen might as well be everywhere at once right now. The band performed two songs on Conan last night (one as a web-exclusive) from their most recent album Heaven. You can watch both below.

Feast - Between You and Me

Miami producer Jonathan Abramson's "Between You and Me" is a blistering jolt of off-kilter jam electro that defies to be characterized. The tantric rhythm and distant echo effects are chaotically warm and maddeningly alluring. In other words, I cannot get enough of this track.

The track comes from Abramson's (Feast) upcoming EP Crystal Aquarium, which is slated for release October 22. Check out and download (seriously) the track below.

Danny Brown and Johnson&Jonson - Change

Danny Brown fans know the gap-toothed Detroit native can switch his styles on the fly. Usually opting for the crass, drug-fueled method on his past work, Brown has slipped in a track or two with a more subdued tone. That style comes through on his new track, aptly titled "Change"; a smoother, steadier single collaborated with Johnson & Johnson.

The duo will release their Danny Johnson album some time later this year. Get your first taste of it below.

From Canadian producer Teen Daze's second album this year, check out "Union." The hyper-lo-fi single features an astutely fitting Frankie Rose, who fits into the dreamy sounds as well as one could imagine.

Palma Violets - Best of Friends

If the name isn't familiar with you, don't worry. This London band caught a little buzz at last weekend's Bestival (courtesy of We All Want Someone To Shout For) with Palma Violets debut album Best Of Friends. Check out the video for the infectious title track below.

New Joy Formidable - Cholla

UK trio The Joy Formidable broke last year with their smashing single "Whirring" off their album debut The Big Roar. Following up quickly, the group released "Cholla," the alt-heavy first single from their sophomore release Wolf's Law. The album has no specific release date, but is slated for some time very early in 2013.

New Taken By Trees - Large

This lofty new dream pop single from Taken By Trees comes from their upcoming album Other Worlds. The album is slated for release October 3, which will shortly follow the beginning of their tour with Jens Lekman.
