Last year, the always adventurous Black Lips saw their hopeful Middle East tour dashed in the wake of the Arab Spring. Not letting that stop their intentions, the band set out for stops in Dubai, Lebanon, Egypt, and a few other hot spots, while Vice music collective Noisey follows them on the way.
