MGMT debuted "Flash Delirium," the first single from their highly-anticipated second studio album Congratulations earlier today. For about a little more than four minutes, listeners can get the pleasure of hearing the group channel through about 11 different sub-genres in a quick, bright swirl. In the end, the title really does it justice. Congratulations is due out April 13 via Sony Music Entertainment.
