Mastodon's newest obscure video adventure for their single "Oblivion" off the band's album Crack the Skye takes the four-piece metal behemoth's into the empty reaches of space and the sprawling lands between mountains. The songs and scenes in this band's videos makes me more and more aware that I'm as far away from a metal mentality than I really thought.
