Broken Social Scene on Letterman

Lat night Montreal super-group Broken Social Scene performed their single "Churches Under the Stairs" from that Brendan Canning album released earlier in the year. And as evidence of face-time, I guess Land of Talk's Liz Powell has fully replaced Fiest.

Wolverine Trailer

I'm really uncertain of what to make of this, but my anticipation of X-Men Origins: Wolverine (Myspace) hasn't really diminished, mostly from the help of Gambit. Make what you want of it, but the new Bryan Singer (thank God it's not Brett Ratner) directed X-Men epic should be a welcome return to the series first two movies, and not that ass-rag that was X-Men: The Last Stand.

Watch the new trailer here.

In Alphabetical Order:

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
