Her Morning Elegance

Here's a quick, cool little video posted on the Cinematical earlier today. The video's creator, Oren Lavie (who also wrote the song), pieced together roughly 3225 still-photos over two days to create Her Morning Elegance.

Yeasayer - Tightrope (In-Studio)

Before the Dark Was the Night EP benefit album was online, Yeasayer had recorded their song "Tightrope" for a Minnesota Public Radio show in late October of last year. Thanks to Culture Bully again for finding these gems.

All while I missed Andrew Bird's live performance of "Fitz and Dizzyspells" off of his new album Noble Beast, because of, I don't know, Adult Swim or something, I was lucky enough to catch M83 performing "Kim & Jessie" on Conan.

New Black Lips Single

The Black Lips have released their second single from their upcoming album 200 Million Thousand (available 2/24) entitled "Short Fuse." After the group's recent India misadventures, it's heartwarming to know the Atlanta guys are doing well.

The songs not as messy as some of the previous Black Lips efforts, but it's still worthy.
